Most Comonly Asked Questions

1. What’s your primary style?

I try to capture a mixture of both candid and photojournalistic photos using a creative eye. Posed and formals are a must for almost all wedding clientelle. I will ensure that your most precious moments are captured.

2. Do you shoot in color or black and white? Or both? Do you shoot in a digital format that can create both color and b/w versions of the same picture?
I shoot using digital which allows me to create color and black and white photos using computer software.

3. What kind of input can we have on the direction of the shots? Can we give you a shot list to work from?
I actually recommend that the couple provide a shotlist, as well as a list of events and the approximate times that each event will occur and where. This will ensure that all of your events are captured. If you are not sure which photos to include on a shotlist, I do have a standard list of preferred wedding shots.

4. Are you the wedding photographer who will actually take our pictures? If not, can we meet the person who will be?
I will be taking all photos from start to finish.

5. How many other events will you also photograph that weekend?
Photography is not just a hobby for me, it is my occupation. I try to maintain only one event in a weekend. However, I may book a few photo shoots in a weekend (engagement portraits, bridal portraits, senior photos).

7. Do you develop your own film?
Because I shoot using digital, there is no film to develop. However, I correct all photos myself and then order your prints online with a reputable printing shop so that you can get the most prints for your money without sacrificing quality.

8. Can we buy the negatives from you?
There is no need. A copy of all of your photos will be placed on a CD for you to view and print as often as you wish. This is offered with all of our packages.
